The bot can be removed, or a user/server can be banned at the developer’s discretion.

While we strive to ensure the bot works properly, Akito is provided as-is.

We appreciate users reporting malfunctions, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Users must not attempt to harm the bot, exploit its functions, or use it for illegal activities.

Refrain from harassment, spam, or misuse within Discord servers.

We reserve the right to update these terms anytime & updates will take effect immediately upon posting on website & support server!

Data is never shared or sold to third parties.

Data is used solely to provide and improve Akito’s features.

We honor these requests promptly.

4. Public vs Private Interactions

Akito only logs interactions done through the bot in servers.

5. No Sensitive Data Collected

We do not collect emails, IP addresses, or payment information.

6. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

EU Users (GDPR): You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data stored by Akito.

California Users (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect and request deletion.
